Greg Giesen, M.S.
Greg is a former manager with Toastmasters International and also brings nine years
as a senior management consultant & trainer with Mountain States Employers Council.
His wide range of skills and service offerings include: Myers-Briggs workshops, conflict
mediation, facilitating strategic planning sessions, management coaching, and designing
customized leadership & team development courses for corporate groups. Greg teaches
courses at the University of Denver on organizational change, human factors in technology,
and effective leadership and teams.
Leslie Cancilla, Ph.D.
Leslie holds a masters degree in experiential education and a doctorate in
counseling and career development. She specializes in addressing issues re: life / work
balance and renewal, career counseling, and facilitating corporate experiential programs.
Leslie has consulted with such organizations as Nike, Kodak and Hewlett-Packard.
Jim Rae, Ph.D.
Jim brings extensive experience as a former vice president with InnerLink
Management Systems, Inc. and as a senior consultant with Executive Ventures Group. With a
doctorate in human communication, Jim has taught leadership, team effectiveness, and
interpersonal communication at the University of Colorado and Regis University. He has
facilitated programs with such organizations as American Leadership Forum, General
Electric, Qwest, Galileo International and Sun Microsystems.
Tim Lane, M.Div.
A masters degree graduate of Princeton and a seasoned facilitator with
Outward Bound Professional, Tim is the founder and president of Peak Experiences
International, Inc. He draws from over 20 years experience facilitating personal &
professional development programs and has served as adjunct staff for the Center for
Creative Leadership. Tim has a passion for bringing out the best in people through
services in leadership development, teambuilding, and adventure training programs.
