SPECTACULAR
RETREAT SITES: Participants
spend three days in the spectacular setting of the Colorado Rockies. (Customized programs
are also available at locations worldwide.) COMFORT ZONE CHALLENGES:
Participants will explore limiting
patterns, behaviors and barriers in their lives and create strategies to move beyond those
inhibitors. LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:
Participants will have the
opportunity to assess their current leadership strengths and weaknesses and to take on
leadership roles throughout the workshop. SELF-MASTERY TOOLS:
The facilitators will present and
demonstrate an assortment of self-mastery tools, methodologies, and techniques. SOLO REFLECTION TIME:
Participants will spend solo time to
reflect on the many insights, self-assessments and visioning that occur throughout the
program. CENTERING SKILLS: Participants will learn skills for staying centered during times of stress and challenge. INDIVIDUAL & GROUP FEEDBACK: Throughout the workshop, participants will have opportunities to both give and receive feedback from the facilitators and each other. EVENING FIRESIDE DISCUSSIONS:
Thought-provoking presentations,
motivational storytelling and in-depth discussions engage participants in the evening
sessions. ACTION-LEARNING CHALLENGES:
Outdoor and indoor action-learning
challenges will be presented to stimulate, test and/or affirm participants' leadership
knowledge. PERSONAL COACHING:
The facilitators are available for
individual coaching during the workshop and as an option following the program. Peer or
"buddy" coaching is also set up approximately six weeks after the workshop. INDIVIDUAL "VISION"
PRESENTATIONS: Each
participant will present their personal leadership vision/purpose to the whole group on
the last day of the workshop. POST-WORKSHOP COMMITMENT:
A follow-up "buddy"
coaching session between participants will be scheduled approximately six weeks following
the program. In addition, a workshop reunion is organized for approximately three months
following the program. Finally, all participants will have the option of follow-up
coaching from workshop facilitators. OPTIONAL FOLLOW-UP PROGRAM
AND/OR REUNION: Participants may choose a follow-up
program to supplement and support the workshop. Other popular options include reunions and
social events.
