Our process consists of four phases:
- Assessment of Your Needs and Objectives
- Recommendation of an On-Target Intervention
- Focused Intervention
- Follow-Up
When client needs and goals are identified, we design program services and
select consultants who are considered to be the best fit for that particular client -
based on areas of consultant expertise as well as personality match.
