	8 am Arrive at climbing site.  Briefing Session. Group Check-In. Introduction To Climbing. Goal Setting.
	9 am Engage in Rappelling Activity
	12 pm Lunch & Check-In
	12:45 Engage in Rock Climbing Activity
	3:20 pm  Reflection Re: Learnings
	3:45 Debriefing Session: Share Out  re: learnings & Goal Setting and the applications learned for your group.
	4:30 Closure
